All Electric Fun Fly -- Kingsbury, Tx Oct. 2010 -- Tri City Flyers

The Kingsbury Aerodrome is an amazing place. The Tri City Flyers have a great facility and along standing arrangement with the owner to use the large grass field, the huge shelter with a kitchen and ample parking space for events at a rural airport that is really a museum and home to a large number of antique aircraft and vehicles. More than just a home to the the antique aircraft, they are actually built here using the old authentic methods that were used when the original aircraft were built. Kingsbury Aerodrome is a full scale uncontrolled airspace airport.
it isn't unusual to coordinate flying RC planes with a full scale aircraft coming in to visit or even the occasional flight of a WW1 class aircraft. I've included a few pictures for those who are interested.

It was a weak turnout, but the weather was great, and a lot of fun. I captured a little bit of video and some pictures so here it is!

Check this album with photos, http://www.rcaviation.com/album.php?albumid=13 and video is below.
